Stacking the Shelves/Sunday Post (1)

Hey everyone! Back in the day I used to do Stacking the Shelves every week, so I thought I would bring that back and combine it with another fun blog hop - the Sunday Post. Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga's Reviews and focuses on new books that were received/bought/borrowed this week while the Sunday Post is hosted by the Caffeinated Book Reviewer and focuses on recapping your week.

New in my Reading/Blogging/Personal Life:

One of my most exciting blogging related events this week was the amazing facelift Lauren's Crammed Bookshelf got thanks to Lori at Pure Imagination. I've been wanting a new design for a long, long time, and since I've always admired Lori's designs from afar, I finally decided to take the plunge. I'm so incredibly in love with. I love how much cleaner and sophisticated it looks. What do you guys think?

I was able to get a decent amount of books read this week - Fatal Threat, Set in Stone, Raise the Curtain, Secrets of Isalyne, Captive Rebel, and One of Us is Lying. My absolute favorites out of the bunch? One of Us is Lying and Secrets of Isalyne. One of Us is Lying made the Pretty Little Liars lover in me so happy - the mystery and the surplus of twists and turns were fantastic! I could see it becoming a movie someday! Secrets of Isalyne, on the other hand, was the YA fantasy book I didn't know I had been so desperately craving. It has such a fun premise, and I cannot wait to talk about it more in my review!

In my personal life, it's been a relatively uneventful week. On Monday night, I went to see my town's fireworks with my best friend from high school, which was a lot of fun! I swear the fireworks show my town does just gets more and more impressive every year. Afterwards we went to one of the local bars and caught up. Other than that, I've been reading, studying for my grad school entrance exams, and getting stuff ready for my big move in August.

That's it for this week! Let me know what's new with you all! Ready any good books? Have anything exciting happen? I would love to hear all about it!
