Review: Dylan: A Clique Summer Novel by Lisi Harrison

Dylan is expecting a vacation in Hawaii to be total relaxation and maybe help who loose the couple of pounds she gained in the previous book. Though when she gets to Hawaii she sees that it is going to be different than she imaged because of the tennis opening. Dylan's mom uprooted her and Dylan because she wanted to channel her inner Barbra Walters, while interviewing a Tennis champ turned queen of tantrums who has just gotten out of anger management rehab. Dylan knows that Selvante, the tennis player, has seriously hurt people in the past, but she goes ahead, getting in a fight with her. Selventa twists Dylan arm and pulls her arm. Though she is not the only one harmed since she videotapes Selvate doing this things to her, using it as blackmail. This event book Dylan: A Clique Summer Novel with an excellent start!

This book was a good surprise from an annoying character form the Clique series. To be truthful I had never been a big fan of Dylan and her constant burping and by this I thought this book would be a bad read. Though as I began it turned out to be way better than expected. I kept rooting for Dylan to ruin Selventa's tennis career because of what she did to people. Also, there is a cute crush in this book which adds to the awesomeness of the book. I would suggest this book for a sunny day on the beach.

Dylan: A Clique Summer Novel (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Goodreads) is now out!
