In My Mailbox: Week 99

In My Mailbox was started by The Story Siren.

For Review:

Wither by Lauren DeStefano + Postcard (Unsolicited review copy sent by Simon and Schuster. I actually won a signed copy of this a couple of weeks ago on Cindy Pon's blog, so I'll be giving away this copy soon! :)

Bookmarks:

Haven Bookmarks (Thanks, Kristi! These will be included in books I giveaway!:)

Gift:
A Nook (This is one of my big Christmas' presents this year from my Mom and my Aunt, and oh my gosh, I love it so much!!! I used to be unimpressed with e-readers, but now that I have one I really adore it. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love "real" books as much as the next person but having this is so convenient to use with all E-ARCs I've been getting.)

Netgalley:

Always a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough (I LOVED the prequel to this, so I have very high hopes for this one. Hopefully, it will meet them!)
Deliruim by Lauren Oliver (I LOVED Lauren's debut Before I Fall, so I'm really, really looking forward to reading this one. Even better it's been getting fantastic reviews.)

The Betrayal of Maggie Blair by Elizabeth Laird  (I love the cover of this one! Plus, the premise sounds great.)
Populazzi by Elise Allen (This one looks really good, though I have to admit I'm not the biggest fan of the cover.)

Lost Voices by Sarah Porter (I love mermaid books so I'm really looking forward to reading this!)
The Lying Game by Sara Shepard ( I finished this the day I got it, and let me tell you it was SO GOOD! I think it possibly even better than the PLL series which says a lot. My review will be up soon.)

Angelfire by Courtney Alison Moulton (I just finished this one as well. It was good but not nearly as good as I expected it to be. My review will be posted soon.)

In all, a really, really good week book/nook wise! Though, enough about me, what did you get this week? Anything good? Let me know in the comments or link to your IMM! :)

Oh, and quick question: Would you all like me to do a review for the Nook? I'm all for doing one if you guys would like to see one, so let me know. :)

  1. Ooh I so want your mailbox. You have so many there I want to read too. And you got a Nook! Wow. I'd like you to do a review, not that I can get one over here in the UK, but still, I'd like the chance to see it and read about all it's features from an actual user.

  2. Great IMM! Delirium, Angelfire and Wither look like good reads. I have yet to read Once A Witch but I'm still looking forward to what you think of the sequel. I would love a review of the Nook. E-readers are still a mystery to me, so I'm always curious to see what people think of them :)

  3. Lots of books this week!

I love NetGalley already, and I've only got two books from it so far! I really want to read Once A Witch, especially with a sequel coming soon. Angelfire looks quite interesting too.

I'd like to read a review of the Nook, even though like Bookworm I'm in the UK so couldn't get one.
My IMM is here: The Book Bundle

  9. Great mailbox this week. I love all the books you got and can I just say - WOOOHOO on your e-reader. I just recently got a Kindle (which I adore) and I'm with you on loving the feel of books but recognizing the convenience of an e-reader. I enjoy both :) You can find my mailbox at The Bookish Snob

  12. I'd like you to do a review of the Nook because I am thinking of getting one, since the Kindle is hard to download PDF files in the Kindle format.
Always a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough is on my list.

  14. I would REALLY love to hear your review of the NOOK. Also wondering if I could put in a request??? My almost 10 year old is an avid lover of books but is dyslexic and we are always looking for ways to enrich his reading. If anything pops up at you when you're reviewing it would be really helpful to know. Thanks! Love the blog. :o)
