Top Ten Tuesday (4)

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

Top Ten Sequels I'm Dying To Read
(in no particular order)

1) Rivals (The Ivy #3) by Lauren Kunze and Rina Onur: I love The Ivy series because it's fun, dramatic, and scandalous. Plus it's kind of like Gossip Girl but with better writing and more developed characters and story lines, and after the ending Secrets contained, I can't wait to see what's next for Callie!
2) Spell Bound (Hex Hall #3) by Rachel Hawkins: The Hex Hall series is another favorite of mine based on the witch aspect alone, so I can't wait to see what's next for Sophie and Archer (cue swoon!) in this one!
3) The Last Echo by Kimberly Derting: The Body Finder as well as Desires of the Dead have to be two of the most delightfully creepy books I've read. Plus the steam factor doesn't hurt this series at all!
4) Hallowed by Cynthia Hand: Unearthly really ended up surprising me, and because of that, this one is high on my wish list! Can't wait to see who Clara picks!
5) Goddess Interrupted by Aimee Carter: I ADORED The Goddess Test and I have no doubt that this one will be just as fabulous, if not more!
6) Bitterblue by Kristin Cashore: It seriously has felt like I've been waiting for years to read this one, and in some ways that's exactly right. Thankfully, it's finally been said that this one will finally be coming out in June of 2012 and I couldn't be happier. I loved Graceling and Fire and I'm truly hoping this one will be just as great. Ah, there's little that's better than a new Kristin Cashore book, in my opinion. :D
7) Insurgent by Veronica Roth: If you're a constant reader of my blog you'll probably know that I have a huge love affair going on with Veronica Roth's Divergent, and if you don't, where have you been? Either way, I can't wait to read this one! I want more Four and factions and action and Tris!
8) Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver: I loved Delirium so much, and after the crazy ending it contained, I cannot wait to see what's next for Lena!
9) A Million Suns by Beth Revis: ADORED Across the Universe to the millionth degree so A Million Suns is obviously on my wishlist as well!
10) A Beautiful Evil by Kelly Keaton: Loved Darkness Becomes Her. Plus the cover of this one is pretty amazing as well!

What sequel are you looking forward to? Any of the ones I listed above? Let me know in the comments, and feel free to link to your Top Ten Tuesday as well! :)

  4. Bitterblue, A Million Suns and Divergent are on my list as well. And hell yes, I know what you mean about the wait for Bitterblue - it'll be 2 years by the time it's published, right?

  5. I've heard so much about The Goddess Test so I'm a little sad that my library doesn't have it. Hoping I get a copy for my birthday from my friends. :D
